SMS Terms & Conditions

By providing your mobile phone number, you consent to receive operational SMS messages relating to lease communications, maintenance updates, appointment reminders, vendor coordination, property access notifications, building alerts, and service request updates.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. SMS is not used for unsolicited marketing.

Programs & Message Types

Our SMS communications are used solely for operational and customer service purposes, including maintenance scheduling, work order notifications, appointment reminders, vendor coordination, property access notifications, building notices, lease-related communications, and service request updates. We do not send unsolicited marketing or promotional text messages.

Consent

Consent to receive SMS messages may be obtained through execution of a commercial lease or property management agreement, vendor onboarding or service agreements, submission of maintenance or service requests, website contact forms, verbal consent, or other written or electronic communications requesting service or support. Consent is not a condition of purchasing services.

Message Frequency & Rates

Message frequency varies based on your account activity and service needs. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Ryder Property Group is not responsible for charges imposed by your mobile carrier.

Opting Out

You may withdraw your consent and stop receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we may send a single message confirming your opt-out.
